Dimmitt Service Staff are very attentive to customers and to providing accurate and informative service information! Upon my arrival, "G" checked the car in and went over the plans for the scheduled services. He even identified that this visit was earlier than the Manufacturer recommendations. I explained that we had gone on several trips since the last service and i preferred to have it done at this time. The check out invoice was prepared and ready for my pickup.

When possible, I always wait for service to be completed due to travel distance. Although there are Cadillac dealerships closer to my home, I prefer Dimmitt!

Robert Gordon provided outstanding assistance when I faced a sudden battery issue at 4 pm on a Friday. He promptly arranged for a tow truck to jump-start my vehicle, allowing me to drive my car to the dealership for service before 6:30 pm. Upon arrival, Robert had a rental vehicle ready and ensured that I was not left without transportation over the weekend.

My third maintenance appointment as good as the first two, Jacob in service does a great job scheduling the appointments following thru on the service needed and getting it all done in a reasonable amout of time . This trip also required a steering adjustment Jacob explained the issue what was needed for parts, the time involved to correct the issue and provided a courtesy vehicle while my car was being repaired. Jacob is a great guy to deal with and Dimmit Cadillac was perfect. Completely satisfied with the service.

Had to stop in without an appointment after noticing a screw in my tire. My Service Consultant Bill Kegan was on vacation. Sheila Lytle assisted me providing outstanding service. Sheila made sure that the tech checked all 4 tires to ensure there were no other issues. During the visit it was discovered that there were 2 warranty items, one a safety issue, needing repair. Sheila explained the issues to me and assured me that my car would not be returned until all was in proper and safe working order. Her dedication to service and concern for my safety was greatly appreciated.

Had to stop for a tire repair without an appointment. As always, Bill Kegan took the time to fit me in . While, I was there, I also had a warranty item that could be addressed. I pointed it out and this was resolved also. As always, this location has the personnel and equipment along with the customer care to attend to my concerns.

The transmission repair was great, but it took longer than I was told. My windshield wiper cleaning fluid does not work now. The mechanics of it work, but no fluid comes out. I am traveling and I am glad the dealership could make the transmission repair for me. I will get the wiper fluid fixed when I get home. Your dealership is great. On 2/28/25 I had to take my 2024 Cadillac Lyriq in for a software update. While they didn't have any loaner cars on site they did provide me with a very nice rental at Hertz. The service guys gave me a ride there and when I went to pick up my Lyriq the next day they let me drop off the rental at the dealership. My rep, Sheila Lytle, did a great job completing the service needs for my car. This included a software update, oil change, HUD fix and completing a past repair that was not finished. She went beyond the norm to complete a bumper repair that originally would go to the body shop for a major cost but was able to repair at the detail area in the dealership in one day that fully was completed.
I very rarely give 5 stars. I believe there is always room for improvement in us all. However, in Sheila’s Lytles case. I believe she has hit the mark for 5 stars. Very attentive and professional in all she does. Dimmitt Cadillac of Clearwater should be grateful to have such an employee.
